Home Buying and Selling Checklists

Home Buyers:

While you can check all of the items below yourself during a DIY inspection process, it’s best to work with a professional inspector who knows exactly what they’re looking for.

Home Sellers:

The Inspectors Sellers Checklist will help you prepare your home for sale. You’ll find easy cleaning and maintenance projects that will help you prepare your home before the first buyer walks through the door. You’ll also find typical repairs that may be necessary prior to selling your home.
